Hooray! Aidan was accepted for kindergarten at St. Margaret-Mary! He scored 96 out of 100 in his test, which consisted of knowing information about himself, color recognition, picture vocabulary, visual discrimination, motor skills, counting, identifying body parts, following verbal directions, numerical comprehension, writing his first name, and speech. The only parts he missed was knowing his address and pointing out a few of his body parts. (When asked where his waist was, he pointed to his neck! :) But I do admit I neglected to teach him where his heels are.) We're so proud of him, especially since the test was a developmental one. It's not really something you could study for, but it's a culmination of what you've learned so far. Great job, my sweetie! You're the best!
