Ever since I started exercising, I've been up and down on my energy. It seems that I have the lowest amount of energy in the mornings, but then I fluctuate during the entire day too. And I don't know what's up with my stomach but it always feels like it's gurgling. Is it because I'm doing exercises for my abs? I can't tell whether the feeling is coming from my muscles or my intestines. When I went on my campaign to lose weight before, I don't remember ever feeling so messed up. I'm wondering if it's because I'm eating less than usual? But really I don't know if I am because I haven't been counting calories. Am I trying to lose weight too fast? I'm actually more concious about the foods I've been eating. Definitely more fruits and vegetables. I've put my body through those fad diets before like the "three day diet", the cabbage soup diet, and even Slimfast. But it seems like even though I'm trying being healthy, my body is working against me. Should I start taking vitamins?
