We got home from Las Vegas around 6:30 p.m. and Aidan was so excited to go trick-or-treating. He ran into the house and I quickly changed him into his Robin costume. Dad, Tita Bobot, Allan, Lee and Marie walked around with him while I stayed in to give out candy to the kiddies. The report is that Aidan had such a good time. When we were still in the car Aidan told me he was a little nervous to say "trick or treat" and I was told that one of his reactions after going to a house would be, "Did I do OK?" But he also said other things like, "Whoohoo!" and "Next!" He also made some friends along the way and he was inviting people to follow him to our house. So funny! I wish I could've seen him for myself.

As for me when I was giving out candy, I noticed that about half the kids weren't saying "trick or treat" but just sticking their bags out. Most redeemed themselves by saying "thank you" though. There were two sets of Filipino kids who came and one of the kids said, "Are you Filipino? We're Filipino too!" Another girl was really sweet and said "Thank you, po" to me. There was another little girl who said to me, "Ooooh, your house is all calm and relaxation!" Kids are so funny.
