    See Olie at dogster.com

Although we've both had dogs before, this is really the first time Allan and I have the opportunity to take care of and train one from puppyhood. I'd have to say the most difficult thing about Olie is his unpredictability when it comes to going potty. I guess it's because he's still a youngster (almost 9 weeks old). Another thing he does that boggles me is that he sometimes doesn't care much for his food and yet when we go outside he will sniff around everywhere and will put everything in his mouth. Allan is eagerly anticipating the day when we'll be able to take him to puppy training classes. I am too but they say that pekingese are independent and sometimes willful so I hope the training will have an effect.

I'm just looking forward to the end of this month. We'll be at Florida. Aidan will get to enjoy Disneyworld for the second time in his young life and Allan and I will get some relaxing (hopefully) beach time at Sanibel. I'm excited about making sand castles with Aidan.
