Aidan as an almost 4 year old likes...

Playing outside. Especially going to the park, playing baseball, blowing and catching bubbles, riding his tricycle and twistcar.

Playing with his Nintendo N64. He likes it a little too much because he will ask to play with it as soon as he wakes up. Sometimes I have to tell him to turn it off and play with his other toys. Guess what we got him though for his big present? The Gamecube. No, we're not spoiling him! :)

Playing computer games on his laptop. Ever since he was 2, Hotwheels.com has been his favorite website. Before I use to have to drive his car for him while he operated the F1 lasers but now he can do it all by himself. Others on his favorites list is Nick.com, PBSkids.com, ThomastheTankEngine.com, and the Robot Wars site for dreaming about robots.

All his toys. This little boy's world is all about toys and games. His Hot Wheels collection is still growing. He likes playing board games with us like Candyland, Chutes and Ladders and Memory. We try to play checkers and we pretend to play chess. He likes "building" toys like Legos so he can build cities and fighting robots. He got some Magic cards from his Ninong Lee and we pretend to play Yu-Gi-Oh with them. He's asked me for real Yu-Gi-Oh cards but I'm holding off on those.

Cartoons! Nick Jr. in the morning, WB and the Cartoon Network in the afternoon. Not that we don't get our kicks watching some of them! I will always love cartoons! Have you seen Teen Titans? It's cool!

Drawing and doing crafts. Aidan has pilfered my decorative scissors and sometimes I'll just find a bunch of cut up paper on the floor. He likes painting but most of the time he draws with markers. He likes incorporating stickers into his art and makes his own dot-to-dot.

Books. He must have his reading time before bed. Our bedtime ritual begins with toothbrushing, then he gets to pick a few books to read. After reading, I turn off the light and then he asks me to scratch his back. We then talk or sing for a little bit and then I leave him in his room to fall asleep. This happens every night.

Whew! That's alot for just one little boy! He's just interested in so many things and I love feeding him all types of information. Just the other day he was asking me about the Milky Way so we talked about galaxies. And then I mentioned that we'll soon be visiting the Kennedy Space Center and he got excited about that. I may not be going off to work and earning money but raising Aidan has been and will always be the most rewarding experience of my life!
