So Allan's been away since last Sunday...I miss him alot, but his abscence has prompted me to do things that I wouldn't have done had he been here. Aidan and I went grocery shopping twice and I even drove to West L.A. for my knitting class by myself. It's actually an easy drive but long due to the traffic and heart-pounding due to crazy drivers. Allan will be back late evening tomorrow and I'm so excited. When he's home I'm not so edgy.

Last night I was feeling bad that I had stopped my fitness routine that I began in February. It was caused by a really stupid thing...too dumb to mention...totally my fault. I was on a roll and I had lost three pounds! So when I saw Gigi last Saturday and she looked so spring-y and I was totally opposite, looking big and dumpy, I was affected! It just isn't how I perceive myself, it's how I actually feel! This morning when Aidan was trying to wake me up and I was still in the midst of dreaming, this great feeling came over me. It's hard to describe. It definitely felt like springtime and the feel of the cool air coming through your window in the morning and the feeling that something good is going to happen. I didn't want to let it go but Aidan was being insistant. Anyway, these past two weeks I've been telling myself without success that I've got to start exercising again but I won't let it happen anymore. Today is the day and I'm going to do it whether I like it or not! Even if I have to do it at 10 o'clock at night, it's gonna happen. There, I've said it.

And I've also got to say that I had such a great time taking the knitting class with Gigi but I like just hanging out her too. It was awesome that we got that great parking space right in front of the restaurant and how we got the nice outside table. The food was good too but the conversation was better! I didn't get to see any famous people but just being in L.A. leaves me star-struck nonetheless. All those beautiful people and even the wanna-be beautiful...it's definitely an interesting place to see.
