My crazy kid has taken to calling pants "longs" because it's suppose to be the opposite of shorts. And he keeps belting out, "My girl wants to party all the time, party all the time..." or "Super-heroooo Static Shock." Today I saw him take out a few of his assorted action figures and he made them fight each other so I bought him another Power Rangers guy. He likes bending the legs and making it do weird poses. What's one of the good things about having a little boy? I can watch cartoons with him and not have to feel silly watching them. I still love cartoons...Yu-Gi-Oh, Power Rangers, Batman Beyond, and, one of my all-time favorites, Digimon. And when Aidan wants to talk about them or bring them up in one of our "imagination conversations" I know what he's talking about!

Hooray, our fridge is fixed. Tomorrow we can finally stock it with food. Groceries are going to be costly this time, that's for sure. I'm so looking forward to the end of this week because then we'll be cruising in the Pacific. No worries, just having a good time. That's the best. I'm gonna eat a hundred chocolate-covered strawberries.
