What a fun weekend! I love family gatherings and we had such a nice time. Aidan was especially excited to be with his aunts, uncles, lolos and lolas that he doesn't get to see very often.
But when all the celebrations were over and we were finally back home at Aidan's beloved "cow country", who did he say he missed? "I miss Ninong Lee." And then when I was putting him to sleep he says this:
Aidan: Mommy, I really want to keep my promise.
Me: What promise?
Aidan: My promise not to lick people. But I don't think I can.
Me: Why?
Aidan: Because I like to pretend that I'm a little puppy.
...Which leads to this picture. I was just browsing through all my pictures from this weekend and when I zoomed in on Aidan on this pic I realized how silly my little boy can be. (Hope you don't mind, Marie!)
