Our garbage picker-uppers didn't take our Christmas tree last Saturday and yesterday while driving around we noticed half our block had put out their trees too. It's really windy today and so everyone's trees are rolling down the streets like tumbleweeds. Our's rolled to the neighbor's across from us and Allan already hauled it back once this morning. I wonder if he'll want to do it again...

I'm in a better mood now thanks to the mess getting appropriately sorted, a few new Pottery Barn catalogs in the mail and registering to take knitting classes at this
swanky L.A. knitting place with Gigi. Thank you super-nice-husband-Allan for encouraging my hobbies and super-nice-friend-Gigi for being a cool buddy! So I'm leaving off this post with a smile and I'm looking forward to better days ahead...
