    FELICIA
This is another funny from Aidan. Sometime ago we were just laying in bed and playing a game of naming of his fingers. The first name he said was "David" and then the second finger he named "Felicia". I asked him where he heard the name Felicia and he said "from the Filipinos." I'm still trying to figure out what that means. Did he get it from TV or had he just overheard someone say the name? You see, my Lola's name was Felicitas and, when I was in the process of getting my U.S. citizenship, I had asked my Mom and Dad if I could change my name to Felicia (I thought it was OK since my Dad changed his name). Well, they said no but during high school I would tell people that my middle name was Felicia. I even duped Allan! Anyway, that name has always stayed with me, next to Mia of course.

The other day, Aidan got Allan's wedding ring and he put it on my finger and said "You're married to me now, Mommy." So cute. I asked him if he knew what married meant and he shrugged his shoulders. I told him, "Well, when you grow up you'll find a girl that you will really love and you'll marry her." And he said "Felicia?"

If I had a daughter I'd like to name her Felicia but I can't since her initials would F.A.G. There's a lot of letters I can't use: b,f,g,h,l,n,r,s,t,w. It certainly limits me but I guess that's good. I'm always thinking of names. I bought a baby name book 8 years before I had Aidan. OK, I'm getting off the subject! Bye!
