Woops. The site was down for a while cuz I forgot to renew our domain registration. Allan kept reminding me but I kept putting it off.

Anyway last Saturday we saw Daredevil. We thought the movie was good but I still don't care much for Ben AFLAC. It was to the movie's benefit that he didn't have much lines. The action was great but my one complaint is that for someone who was supposed to have been trained by various senseis since she was five Elektra was beaten too easily by Bullseye. We just rented My Big Fat Greek Wedding and now I see why everyone liked it so much. It was really sweet and quirky. I wonder though what Greeks think about the movie. Was the Dad with the windex fixation just a wacky character or is there really a population of Greek Dads spraying their maladies away? When I watched "The Debut" I was wondering whether non-Filipinos would find it funny since they didn't know about our culture and our "weirdnesses". We also watched Spy Kids 2 and Aidan gives it a thumbs up. When the movie finished he said "I wanna watch it again."

About out design center experience...We spent three hours choosing kitchen tiles, additional lighting and outlets, we added a banister and a maple mantel and we're still not done. We have to make another appointment to pick our carpet/flooring and, if we want, window coverings. I didn't get to experience this with our first house since I was too pregnant to fly down last time. Allan had to do it all himself. It was really fun but really exhausting. Too many choices. I just can't wait to see it all and sleep in our new house for the first time.
