Blessed again
I was just thinking about the power of prayer and faith. Last Sunday, Allan and I prayed that we would be able to have our own house. Our prayer was answered in the form of my old company hiring me back for the second time. Inspite of my apprehensions about going back to work, I really feel blessed to be given this opportunity. We're being given a second chance to start anew. Let me tell you another example of our lives being blessed. A month before I got pregnant, Allan and I attended a mass at St. Thomas More in SF. I prayed that God would send us a little angel and so,ten months later, Aidan came into our lives. And would you believe that St. Thomas More's saint day is June 22, the day of Aidan's birthday?
